together with clients and families to provide the

clients and their families a more secure and

We furnish peace of mind to family and friends, and security in the knowledge that everything is being done to give the best available care to their loved ones.
A TLC Home support representative is available, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to answer any questions or concerns and to be available for any emergencies. At no charge to you, a TLC Home Support representative will come to the home to give an assessment, discuss and set up an individual care plan that best fits your needs and budget. A personal care attendant is selected to meet those needs. Putting the client's needs first ensures that they feel at home in their own home.
